In its bid to diversify its services making them readily available, accessible and affordable to everyone, Petrosphere now launches its online learning portal.
“The launching of online courses is another milestone for the company as we just recently celebrated our sixth anniversary. We we feel that through the advancement of technology and connectivity, learning process now becomes easier,” said Engr. Harthwell Capistrano, CEO and President of Petrosphere Incorporated.
Petrosphere is so far, the only accredited safety training organization by the Department of Labor and Employment Occupational Safety and Health Center (DOLE OSHC) in Region IV-B or MIMAROPA, which is based in Puerto Princesa City.
“Since April 2013 up to June this year, we were able to certify more than 2,000 trainees ranging from our health and safety courses, including healthcare and emergencies courses, English review, up to corporate and soft skills courses,” Engr. Capistrano added.
Courses to be offered in the online facility will include DOLE mandatory courses, including topics on Risk Assessment, Accident Investigation, Ergonomics, advanced safety courses, including CPD approved courses.
