Role of the Manufacturing Department

vital contribution to a quality product.
• Instill pride in employees in their work and in
the company’s product by:
• Contribution of MD to PSM program.
• Using up-to-date manufacturing equipment

• Keeping the plant’s manufacturing capacity
within bounds
• Providing adequate work space for each task
• keeping the workplace clean and well lit
• Implementing good equipment maintenance practices

Role of the Service Department
• To maintain close contact with the customer

• To hear customers complaints, reactions and compliments
regarding the company products.
• They also see product misuses and usually know something

about incidents and accidents occur.
